My Equity Access, a home mortgage organization, had a need for a website with an attractive interface with useful content and intuitive navigation. The content to integrate was new and refinance loans, debt consolidation loans, information on imperfect credit, up-to-date interest rates, easy inquiry, hard-to-do loans and online pre-qualification. The site consists of many features including a list of loans to choose from, quick and easy processing, online approval notification for the loan, and debt consolidation benefits.

The development incorporated the need to successfully guide the user through an online inquiry and pre-qualification process and collect and store customer information on a secure server. It also required the capability to notify Equity Access of new inquiries by e-mail, allow Equity Access to view the inquiries and send e-mail responses to the perspective customers. The site was developed to be cross-browser compatible (at least IE4 and Netscape4) so it would load quickly on both Windows and Mac computers and require no special plug-ins.
